Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has bought an apartment worth Rs 17.01 crore in Bandra, Mumbai. According to realty platform IndexTap.com, this apartment is located in the posh area of Pali Hill. The carpet area of this flat is 1,474 sqft. As per reports, Keystone Realtors Limited is the seller of this property i.e. they have sold the property to Preity Zinta. Preity Zinta paid stamp duty of Rs 85.07 lakh.
According to reports, this is the same building where Preity Zinta lived before her marriage in 2016. The actress moved to Los Angeles after marrying Gene Goodenough.

Many Bollywood celebrities have been seen investing money in the Mumbai real estate market. Oshiwara’s signature building recently attracted many celebrities as actor Manoj Vajpayee and his wife Shabana Raja invested Rs 31 crore in a property here. The couple invested in four office units located on the 12th floor of Oshiwara’s signature building.

Her husband Ajay Devgn had earlier bought a bundle of 5 offices in the same location in April. A total of Rs 45 crore has been invested in it. It has an area of approximately 13,293 sq.ft. They are located on the 16th and 17th floors of the office building.
Young actor Karthik Aaryan bought a 2,100 sq ft office for Rs 10 crore. Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh jointly bought an office for Rs 9 crore.
