Cattle farmers will get free Haryana breed cows with 50 percent subsidy, watch video

UP Government on Animal Husbandry: ‘Nandini Krishak Samriddhi Yojana’ launched. This is a Rs 62 lakh project. 50 percent subsidy will be given to farmers in three phases. Cow breeders of indigenous breeds like Sahiwal, Tharparkar and Gil will be given subsidy. In this, farmers will be paid 25 percent if they show 10 babies of these native cows. The aim of the government is to preserve the indigenous cow. Under the Chief Minister’s Swadeshi Cow Promotion Scheme, the Uttar Pradesh government is providing a grant of Rs 80,000 to bring two cows of Sahiwal, Tharparkar and Gir breeds from Haryana, Punjab and Delhi. Cow rearers and farmers will benefit from this.
