Scientists at Acharya Narendra Dev Agricultural University are testing a different variety of ladyfinger, which is going to be completed soon. This type of ladyfinger will be completely disease resistant. The production of this variety is also quite high. It is also high in nutrients. These ladyfingers are very beneficial for health as they are rich in fiber. There is full hope that this breed will be released within the next year.
