My photos of Provence
As you can imagine, my time in Provence was incredibly productive.
I had the opportunity to explore approximately fifty cities and locations, all within a 50 kilometer radius of our home base in Bonnieux.
I meandered through the charming, narrow streets of the most beautiful hilltop villages, hiked through lush forests adorned with oaks, pines and cedars, walked across fragrant fields of lavender and bountiful orchards of cherries and olives, ventured into the magnificent beyond – sights off the beaten track, socialized with extraordinary individuals with wonderful candied fruit or honey and cruised along picturesque French roads, in the shade of magnificent plane trees.
These photos of Provence are now a concise visual summary of our incredible adventures.

My favourite photos of rural Provence captures the essence of this region, from rolling vineyards adorned with plump grapes to serene forests draped in oak, pine and cedar.
Walking through fragrant fields of lavender (yes, it still smells like autumn!), I marveled at the delicate beauty of the cherry orchards and the timeless elegance of the olive groves.
These photos are a testament to the generous charm of the rural Provence landscape and the sense of peace it provides.
