Whatsapp Upcoming Features: WhatsApp is constantly striving to improve the user experience on its platform. The company has recently introduced many new features while some are in the works. The Meta-owned app has already announced new updates like channels and multiple-account features. Now, according to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is planning to introduce a new View One voice message feature that will let you get voice messages from anyone that will disappear after listening to them once. This feature will be similar to WhatsApp’s “One Look” feature for existing photos and videos
Only people can use this
According to the report, the introduction of “View Once” mode for voice notes will take users’ privacy to the next level. This feature will prevent voice notes from being saved. At this time, this feature is only available to a limited number of Android and iOS users who are using the beta version of the app. Users can enjoy this feature by installing the latest WhatsApp beta, version 2.23.22.4 for Android via the Google Play Store, or WhatsApp beta version 23.21.1.73 for iOS via the TestFlight app.

How to use these features?
Once installed, the feature can be activated by tapping on a small “1” icon that appears to the right of the voice note during WhatsApp audio recording. WABetaInfo revealed that after sending a voice note with View One mode turned on, you won’t be able to hear it, and the receiver won’t be able to hear it after turning it off.
Screenshots have also surfaced
A screenshot of the feature has also appeared in the report. A new “Take a look” icon is visible in the screenshot. Seen in the chat bar while recording voice notes. When a user taps this icon, the voice note will be sent once in View One mode, which will prevent the recipient from exporting, forwarding, saving and recording.
