During the public programme, PM Modi will launch the “Namo Shetkari Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana”. Along with this, over 86 lakh beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in Maharashtra will be paid an additional Rs 6,000 per year. The farmers there will benefit from it.
Later in Shirdi, he will attend a public function to inaugurate and lay foundation stones of several development projects, with a total cost of around Rs 7,500 crore. These projects are spread across various sectors including health, railways, roads, oil and gas.

People of 182 villages will benefit
182 villages will benefit from the facility of piped water distribution network through 85 km canal network of Nilwande Dam. It is said that the idea of Nilvande Dam first came up in 1970s. It is being built at a cost of around Rs 5,177 crore.

The 37th National Games will be held in Goa
National Games are being organized in Goa for the first time. PM Modi will also address the athletes participating in the showpiece sports event.
